Clarence Roy Bergman passed away, at his residence, Saturday, May 16, 2015. He was born to Clarence and Edith Bergman in North Platte, Nebraska January 5, 1932. He grew up in Colorado; graduated from Montrose High School in 1950, and married Martha Louise Shelhamer of Bayfield, Colorado November 22, 1951.

Anna M. Waters, 58 year old Story woman passed away Friday, May 15th at her home in Story, Wyoming. A private family service will be held at a later date.

Jean Buell, 83, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Steven R. Churchill, 62, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at Sheridan Manor.

Steven was born July 9, 1952, in Brookings, SD, to Winston K. and Jeannine Avis (Short) Churchill. He was married to Lora “Kappy” (Ryan) Churchill on June 23, 1973, in Canoga Park, CA.

Marilyn June Sturtz, 72, of Sheridan passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015, with John and Skippy by her side. With her passing, June took the love and kindness of her family and her many friends.

June was born on June 27, 1942, to Charles and Audrey (Scott) Catterall in Sheridan, WY.

James McCullough, 79, of Sheridan, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015, at his residence surrounded by his family. He fought a short battle with lung cancer,with courage and strength.

Arthur Smith passed away peacefully on Friday, May 15, 2015, at his home in Sheridan surrounded by his loving family.
Art was born on October 2, 1930, in Sheridan, Wyoming, to Clarence W. and Helen (Post) Smith. He was a lifelong resident of Sheridan.

Eileen "Ike" Adams, 84, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 surrounded by her family in Gillette, WY.

Eileen was born on December 29, 1930 to Ellen Nellie & Thommasso (Tony) Capua Leo in Sheridan, WY. She was the second of six children. She attended Holy Name Catholic School and graduated from Sheridan High School.

Funeral services for Jean Burger, 79 year old Buffalo native who passed away early Thursday morning at the Johnson County Health Care Center in Buffalo will be held Tuesday, May 19th at 2:00 p.m., from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor William Dunlap officiating. Visitation will be held from the funeral home chapel on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m.

Willy (Willis Wayne) Morris passed away after complications from a stroke on May 13, 2015.

He was born on the Morris homestead on Dutch Creek, February 13, 1926, to Ebben and Winnie (Story) Morris. He was the 5th of 8 children.

Jerry “Wayne” Horsley, 66, of Sheridan, WY, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2015 at the VA Medical Center.

A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held at the Sheridan Veterans Administration Chapel, Building 7, on May 15, 2015, at 2:00 with Chaplain Arden Haeffner officiating.

Jerie Ann Meeks was born at home to Viola and G. Arnold Miller on October 15, 1940 in Bozeman Montana. She spent much of her childhood as a “South Dakota princess” making many memories of Sioux Falls and Mitchell. Her parents returned to Montana, resettling in Billings where she completed high school and graduated from Eastern Montana College with a BS in education. She met and married James A.

Anton “Tony” Kluz, 81, of Sheridan, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at his residence.

Tony was born on August 29, 1933, to George and Mary (Haratyk) Kluz in Sheridan, WY. He served in the Marines. He married Sylvia Arlene Childress on October 10, 1959 in Sheridan, WY. He worked as a butcher at Sheridan Meats, Midland Packing and at Legerski Meats in Acme.

Funeral services for Sylvia Jean Krause, 83 year old Story woman who passed away peacefully at her home, will be held Tuesday May 12th at 2:00 p.m. from the Story Community Church with Pastor John Constantine officiating. Donations in Mrs. Krause’s memory may be made to the St. Francis Animal Shelter in care of the Harness Funeral Home at 351 N. Adams in Buffalo.
